I was backtracking through some old files earlier and came across this thought from a former NBA coach’s team manual. I thought it worth the share…

President Theodore Roosevelt once said:

It is not the critic that counts … The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena … who strives valiantly, who errs and often comes up short again and again … who at best, knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.”
