FIBA has recently launched an online coach’s library. (I think I might have mentioned this before on my blog, but I was just asked by another coach for a good resource and thought it important to highlight it again).
In addition to drills and a video database to support the written explanations, the FIBA Coaching Library features an analysis of the offensive and defensive plays of some of the world’s top National Teams. They essentially scouted the top teams and have shared analysis their analysis with video to support it! It’s a wonderful combination if you’re a visual learner like me and get tired (or easily distracted) when reading.
Another element worth pointing out is that they’ve animated many of the FIBA Assist Magazine drills. It’s good stuff AND it’s all FREE!
